Beyond Health MedSpa’s Consultation Fee, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Beyond Health MedSpa, we are committed to providing exceptional care while respecting your time and ours. To maintain smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, the following policies apply.

CONSULTATION FEE POLICY

In-Person Consultations

A non-refundable $50 consultation fee is required to reserve all in-person consultations and treatments, including complimentary evaluations.

  • This fee will be applied toward your treatment if you decide to proceed the same day.

  • If you choose not to move forward with treatment, the fee is not refunded, as it covers the provider’s time and evaluation.

Virtual Consultations

A non-refundable $75 consultation fee is required for all virtual evaluations.

  • This fee will be applied toward your treatment if you decide to book a procedure after your virtual consultation.

  • If no treatment is booked, the $75 fee remains non-refundable.

Consultation Fee Terms

  • Applied Toward Treatment: Consultation fees are applied toward the cost of your treatment if you proceed.

  • Non-Refundable Fee: Consultation fees are not refunded if you attend but choose not to move forward with treatment.

  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: Less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, results in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

  • Short-Notice Appointments: Appointments booked within 24 hours must be canceled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.

Payment Method for Consultation Fees

  • Payments made via cash or Zelle® will follow our standard refund method policies for unused services, if applicable.

  • Payments made by credit, debit, or financing partners (Cherry, CareCredit, etc.) follow the terms of the original payment provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure availability for all patients:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments are charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • Short-Notice Bookings: Appointments booked within 24 hours must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to avoid full charges.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION POLICY

As a courtesy, Beyond Health MedSpa sends appointment confirmations and reminders.
If confirmation is not received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment may be automatically released to accommodate other patients.

REFUND POLICY

Beyond Health MedSpa provides professional medical-grade services and products that are non-returnable once rendered or opened.

Pre-Ordered or Customized Products

By purchasing services, you authorize us to pre-order any required products or prescriptions for your treatment.
Once ordered, you are responsible for all associated costs.

Services Rendered

No refunds will be issued for any product, package, or service once it has been administered, injected, or rendered.

Packages or Series of Treatments

  • Once a package or treatment series has begun, it is considered rendered.

  • If discontinued early, a partial credit may be issued after deducting the regular, non-discounted value of all sessions already completed.

  • Package pricing does not apply if the full series is not completed.

  • Packages become fully non-refundable after 30 days from purchase or once the first session has been used.

Packages or Bundled Services

  • Complimentary or discounted services included in a package are only complimentary while the package remains active.

  • If a refund is requested, all services already rendered will be deducted at their regular, non-discounted price.

  • Complimentary services will be assigned their standard value and deducted before determining any remaining refundable balance.

  • If the value of services rendered exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued.

Refunds for Unused Services

If no services have been rendered, a refund may be requested in writing.
A $150 consultation and administrative fee will be deducted.
Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.

Refund Method:

  • Payments made by cash or Zelle® will be refunded by check.

  • Payments made by credit, debit, or financing partners will be refunded back through the original payment method or provider, subject to their terms.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By scheduling with Beyond Health MedSpa, you acknowledge and agree to this Consultation Fee, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.
