Deposit & Cancellation policy

Schedules can get difficult, we understand (and have all been there). You can easily modify your appointment up to 24 hours prior by getting in touch with us.

We take a fully refundable deposit of $50 USD for all our consultations and treatments including those that are free of charge. (Some exceptions apply)

Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you contact us 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit of $50 being taken by the clinic.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. .

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made within the 24 hours period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Confirmation Reminders

We will send you a confirmation reminder 2 days prior to your scheduled treatment. Please let us know you are coming at least 24 hours in Advance, otherwise we will automatically cancel unconfirmed appointments. Please let us know if you can’t make it, so we can give your time slot to another patient in need of our services.
