
Beyond Health Medspa’s Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Beyond Health Family Medical Practice Inc. (Beyond Health MedSpa) (BHM), we are committed to providing the highest quality care while respecting your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and service, the following policies apply:
Deposit Policy
We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 USD for all consultations and treatments, including complimentary consultations. (Some exceptions may apply.)
Deposit Applied to Service: Your deposit will be credited toward the cost of your treatment or service at the time of your appointment.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. Failure to attend ("No Show") will also result in deposit forfeiture.
Short-Notice Appointments: If your appointment is booked within 24 hours and you need to cancel, you must do so at least 4 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited or a 100% charge of the reserved service amount will apply.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following cancellation guidelines:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid charges.
Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.
No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
Short-Notice Appointments: For appointments booked within 24 hours, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to avoid forfeiting the deposit or incurring full charges.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation reminder two days before your scheduled appointment.
If we do not receive confirmation at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment may be automatically canceled to accommodate other patients.
Please confirm promptly or notify us if you are unable to attend.
Refund Policy
Beyond Health MedSpa provides high-quality, irrevocable goods and services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness:
Pre-Ordered Products: By purchasing services, you authorize us to pre-order any required products, including prescriptions, in advance. Once approved, you are responsible for all associated costs.
Services Rendered: No refunds are issued for any product, package, or service that has already been used, injected, or rendered during treatment.
Packages or Series of Treatments:
If you begin a package or treatment series, it is considered rendered even if the full series is not completed.
If you discontinue midway, a partial credit may be issued after the regular cost of services already used is deducted from the total paid. You will not retain discounted pricing if the package is not fully completed.
All packages are non-refundable after 30 days or once the first session has been used.
Refunds for Unrendered Services:
If no services have been rendered, you may request a refund in writing.
A $150 consultation fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please allow up to 15 business days for refund processing.
